Preparing Your Home for Sale

Below you will find suggestions for preparing your home to list and show. Use this list to perform a walkthrough of your home, room by room as if you are a buyer. Make a list of what needs to be addressed. Consider a pre inspection of your property to make sure your home is in working condition and this way we will eliminate any future surprises.  Most pre inspections include home, pest, roof, fireplace and sewer lateral.

Exterior

  • Pressure wash concrete or driveway
  • Clean and repaint doors
